Second day

As I promissed last night, I am trying to keep you up to date with events, feelings, weather... Chicago, that is!

First day ended up late in the night. The parade was impressive... never saw something like that. Cold, but not too bad... Lots of people had gloves and Kurt's headdress on, but I kept alternating my hands on the camera, to be able to get some emotions right to your fingertips...

When Kurt said he's going to the gym, while everybody in Chicago was out in the streets, in a cold but fun evening, it just didn't sound right... I new I am in a different place.

Chicago is by far different than anything else...

I think it all starts at the grocery store... When you realize you really have to buy 2 (buy one get one free) or actually 10 (10 for $10) to get the deal. If you don't need that much stuff or you don't have space to stock up (know any HOTlanta guy went to live up North, but Midwest?!) and you just buy one, you better expect to pay the full price...

Did these guys here ever heard of Kroger or Publix? Yes, the new location just opened at Midtown Plaza... hmmm

More, all the "clearance" (50% off) halloween candies started to fly off the shelves.... You didn't know that? Then you need to move out of the heat and come up here... You'll see people asking at CVS where the candies are, b/c Walgreens is out of them already... Good for me, I dont need sugar... Who does? I can't sit naked and look at my body every night... Yes, I am naked at home all the time... Never done that before... No, honey it's not you or the hot pictures I keep on my fridge, nor the guys peeking at my window ( I hope there are MALES living the other side of the building, and not females! just kidding.... lol). It's is the Heat!!! The steam heat works so good I need to be naked and open the windows wide....

Let the fresh air come to me!! Let the new experience begin... (well, it's more like "to continue" but you just pretent you didn't know that before...)

Have fun everyone!!!!!

40 today, sunny and warmer at noon, but I think it started around low 30's in the early morning... Not a bad day!

Thank you for your great words again, those who wrote/called (to) me...
