I guess everybody is a little Irish , specially in Chicago. Can a Romanian be Irish? Look and think .

The Riverdance is not the same as a Romanian Folk dance but the green looks good on everybody.

An inside scoop, that Romanian Folk Dance group is schedulled to perform in Chicago this summer... Was it a good idea I decided to tahe the chance and move up here?

If you want to "meet and greet" with Romanians this summer, my place is available for a free stay. I have a new one bedroom apartment and everyone is welcome to enjoy the boystown living. You don't have to share the apartment with me, I have my little twinks lined up to host me for few nights... :))

Summer Days of Chicago!

Well, I guess it’s about time for a new post… I’ve been neglecting this blog for a long time now. But I didn’t neglect any of my friends, life, work and family. These are important for me.

Now, with weather turning into summer just over night we have more things to do. Once again, Chicago proves its potential, what an amazing feel…

I was walking from work today, from the loop and along Michigan Ave, where all the tourists are back …. None from Atlanta, but it was enough for a short walk and I already got a phone number… how this all happens? Same as last year, my very first time in this town… Walking and watching are indeed going together… and the boys are going crazy…

Should I mention we had 75 F today? It is warm, very warm and nice. You can actually see people enjoying it, living life in full. I remember the faces down in the South (but I won’t name the city) where people were putting their bored, tired and no interest faces up with the very first breeze of heat. No reason to enjoy, no chances to see real people when everything is controlled under the AC in your own car…

Try walking the street, try public transportation, try running on the beach in the night , go to the gym and stop by the coffee shop to just say hello… what a wonderful life!

Yes, the grocery store is still missing the bred from the shelves or you may not make it in time to grab a piece of the special product of the day… These go fast and first, just like almost everything on a Target store on Saturday. I know, we all shop at Target but nowhere like in Chicago. That’s part of life, too…

I would probably keep a word for the day! Amazing is the key to enjoy: boys, life, work, family. That’s all that matter…

Everybody is beautiful. People are beautiful. I am filling up my heart again with the joy of life. How wonderful to celebrate Easter in the beginning of spring. Yes, I’ve been going to the Catholic Church for a while but I am not a convert. I am part of me and today everybody is part of my spirit; romantic, Romanian, virgo, crazy, silly, amazing, party, anything you want to name is me. I accept the truth because I have the power to enjoy it.

Let’s be crazy, wild and mild like an amazing spring day! Let’s be part of life, such a beautiful thing.
